Every tournament I have some sort of injury. My team thinks it's bad luck if I don't get bit at least once a tournament.

My BS is a beast. He is such a Flyball maniac and will bite anything he can get a hold of including me. Just from this past weekend, I have one giant bruise on my forearm from at least 4 or 5 bites from holding him in lineup. I have one on my inner upper arm, one of his favorite places to get me.

Last summer he got me so badly that my entire inner arm was a giant bruise. One week before my 20th High School reunion last summer, he managed to get me in the face and I had a nice bruise for my reunion.

When he comes back and tugs he puts his paws on my thigh so I have all these little bruises from that. I have a perma-scar in my inner thigh from letting him go. And I have tried the neoprene thigh guard which kind of helps but it's not long enough.

He very often gets me in the chest. He head bonked me last Fall so badly I saw stars. Last weekend at practice he got my hand and it swelled to twice it's size with a bruise on over half the back of my hand.

Funny thing is he never (or rarely) ever bites so hard that he breaks the skin. He's like this flapping alligator.

The things we do for fun. It's a good thing I'm running him now because in another couple years I don't think I could handle such a beast of a dog. In fact, I started weight training last year partly to be able to handle him better...lol!
